Refund & Return Policy

At Rahre, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Window 3 Days

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be: 

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
  • Returned with original packaging (box, pouch, card, etc.)

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process returns for lost packages.

Restocking Fee | 20%

All approved returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing.

 

3. Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale items
  • Clearance or promotional items

4. Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will ship out the replacement (shipping cost covered by the customer).

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 10–14 business days
  • Shipping fees and restocking fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video.

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
